 After a meticulous restoration of the 3 ochre stained houses, 11 en suite flats are offered, most with private terrace.
The cool stone floors in the rooms and original wood-beamed ceilings offer details from the past while the kitchens and baths showcase modern comfort and amenities.
Each flat varies in size from 1 to 4 bedrooms and are tastefully appointed with rustic furnishings and country fabrics.
Every flat is equipped with telephone, television set with satellite programming,
oven, refrigerator, coffee maker,
single heating system, hairdryer, towels,
and sheets.
With its 96 hectares, it is situated in Bucine along an old Roman path, which one time linked Firenze 50 km to Arezzo 25 km and Siena 35 km.
 Iesolana, which has been built at the top of a hill 300 mt above the sea level, is surrounded by a wonderful view.
It is surrounded by 11 hectares of vineyards, which are placed in a great position.
Iesolana is both farm holidays and wine farm and rents carefully renovated apartments in front of a big and panoramic swimming-pool.
The guests can also taste our wines and the best typical Tuscan products
in a modern and comfortable wine bar.
Wine BarModern and comfortable, where you can taste our wines, our extra virgin oil with first course, selection of Tuscan cheese and salami, salads and homemade cake. It is open in the morning for breakfast.
Services At Iesolana you can relax by a panoramic swimming pool which commands a view over the valley and nearby is a lake where guests can fish. You can rent a mountain bike
or go for a pleasant walk through the woods, the vineyards and the olive trees. There is available a meeting room near the wine-bar suitable for sixty people. Moreover events, conventions, work activities are available.Besides, some evaluations about the health and diet aspects of the Tuscan cuisine will be made comparing these aspects to the ones of the International cuisine.

We rent from saturday to saturday during the period from April to October. From the end of October until April, we rent for minimum of 2 nights.
Check-in: saturday between 2 pm and 7 pm

Location
It is located in the heart of the "Colli d'Ambra", not far from highly interesting historical and cultural sites such as Florence, Siena and Arezzo. The property, easily reachable by car, is located only 12 km. from exit #25 of Motorway A1, tollgate Valdarno. This location provides so many options for fine dining, great and varied day trips and excellent buying at the nearby Gucci, Prada, Fendi and Dolce e Gabbana outlets.

We recently stayed at Iesolana as a late booking into the Lecci apartment and absolutely loved it.
We have stayed in Tuscany before but the accomodations at Iesolana are superb.
The grounds are impecabble with red geraniums blooming everywhere.
The views are amazing. Iesolana sits on a hilltop and the views are magnificent at every turn. The wine bar offers breakfast and dinners and wine made at their vineyards along with olive oil.
The main dining room offers laptops for a nominal fee and laundry is available and the staff was happy to do it for us.
Our apartment was beautifully furnished and very modern.
A flat screen tv was in the living room and the cable gave us many channels. The bedrooms have lovely built in closets and the bathrooms were very modern and lovely with tumbled marble.
Maids swept the terraces every day and everything couldn't have been cleaner.
The staff couldn't have been friendlier or more accomodating.

We returned in May from a week at the Borgo Iesolana and loved it! We followed the directions over the Old Roman Bridge, the very narrow Old Roman Bridge and started the climb up a dirt road, past acres of grape vines and olive trees.
The old style of the buildings in the hamlet were contrasted by the modern looking building holding the reception, restaurant and wine bar, all very modern and beautifully decorated.
We stayed in the Cipressi unit, the beds were very comfortable, the kitchen small but nicely furnished and the bathrooms were beautifully decorated with marble floors and glass showers. The pool was magnificent (though it was too cold at the time for us to use it) and the setting was so peacful and quiet with no highways, power lines or cell towers to disrupt the glorious view.
The nearby town of Bucine has a train station which has frequent trains to Florence (1 hour) . I would definitely recommend the Borgo Iesolana if you are visiting Arezzo Tuscany area.

Borgo Iesolana is a farm nestled in a vineyard in the Tuscan hills in the province of Arezzo, making it within reach either by car or train to the lovely towns of Arezzo, Siena and Florence.
You can buy the wine and olive oil from the estate. It has around nine apartments which are very tastefully and thoughtfully decorated, the only downside being most of the apartments do not have baths. The owner has paid particular attention to detail which makes Borgo Iesolana stand out from other residences and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The very large pool faces the sunset and accomodates all the guests with everyone having their privacy. The Borgo has a restaurant. It has a set menu and the food is excellent. Iesolana is near to the village of Bucine which has a railway station and all the amenities that are required for a self catering holiday. Our family would highly recommend Iesolana to people who would like a true Tuscan experience at a reasonable cost. A car is essential

Lovely place and wonderful hospitality! The apartment was very well-kept, clean and comfortable for our family of 4. Dinner at the restaurant was marvelous! The location was convenient to sightseeing in Sienna, Chianti, and Florence. We hope to return someday.
