Far from the normal tourist beats
of Tuscany, the tiny hamlet of Odina
is a pristine, wild spot in the Pratomagno Mountains.
Life here is simple and unrushed, wild boar and deer forage in the forests of chestnut and oak, and there are wild herbs and mushrooms to gather.
There are few modern frills (no jacuzzi
or television), but with beautifully kept grounds and some splendid walks through the olive groves and woods, you are sure to be enchanted.
Relax around the crystal clear pool, enjoy a barbecue or lie back in the garden and enjoy the peace!
The farmhouse offers comfortable accomodation in four apartments from two up to six guests and an exclusive farm house, finely restored, for eight to nine guests.
In the garden, typically rustic and in keeping with the aspect of the area, there are a swimming-pool and a barbecue for commun use.

Location
Odina is a medieval hamlet that hugs the slopes of the Pratomagno hills.
It is well situated for Florence, Siena and Arezzo being only an hour away by car.
It is
650 meters above sea level and sits in a commanding position with a
breathtaking view over the Arno Valley below and the rolling green Chianti Hills.
Odina is easily reached from
Loro Ciuffenna (a charming medieval village with the Ciuffenna river running through it) along an un surfaced country road.
From here you are within easy driving distance of Arezzo (24 km), Florence and Siena (38 km)
and the wine lands of Chianti.
Odina is 20 km's from Montevarchi, the main town of the Arno Valley.

The road to the farmhouse is pretty steep.
It's not an easy road to drive at, especially when the car is fully-loaded.
Odina is a very nice place to stay. The garden is beautiful,even the swimmingpool fits in it and the view is breathtaking.
The farmhouse is maybe even better: everything you might need is there. And the interior is very, very tasteful furnished.
We would highly recommend Odina to our friends.

Antonella was a wonderful hostess and made us feel very welcome. She was also able to help us book other activities on-line.
The grounds of lavender, trees etc were outstanding.
The pool was beautiful and was maintained perfectly each day.
This was a big plus for the guests. Peaceful and restful place.
Comfortable, well thought out accomodations. A wonderful pool to cool down in after a day in the towns below.
